Coolie - If I was given an opportunity to write the story

 Early 1990s in the ports of visakhapatnam, we see a small gang of 4 fighting a full gang of nearly 30 to 40 men near a dock. The henchmen of the evil kingpin Milton, amputates the leg of Rajasekaran, and Devarajan insists Kaaleesan to take Raja to hospital. Simon, then starts decapitating 3 of Milton's henchmen as he proceeds towards the ship. Deva kills the other men and move forward behind Simon who is already inside the ship.

Deva climbs up into the moving ship to witness a tragic scene. He sees a ship floor filled with blood and tissues. He proceeds to see Simon's love Vani, who was pregnant decapitated by Milton. He walks down to the end to see Simon sitting over the anchor, with a sword, piercing through the eye socket of Milton. Deva sees Milton's right half of the face smashed and flattened.

Deva touches Simon's shoulder, and the dock blasts.

Fast forward to present,

We see a ruthless Simon, who has became the new kingpin of the the Indian underworld. We see Simon to be non-chalant, menacing, and calm yet psychotic. We see Simon eating breakfast with a white coat (like kingpin in daredevil) and hammering fingers of each member of the deck of a Brazilian ship. He clearly snuggles drugs, and this is a decade long war between Simon and Luther of Brazil. Simon aims to become king of Indian Ocean, and tries to become a ruler of SAARC nations. 

We see Rajasekhar living with his daughters. He is basically a chemist, who ended up as a coolie back in 1980s due to poverty. Raja is working on a formula, which can stoichiometrically double the target product. Raja accidentally meets Simon while crossing a signal. Simon, cherishes meeting his old friend, takes him to his hotel, and they speak their past. Simon asks about Kaaleesan and Devarajan, and Raja tells even he doesn't know their whereabouts. Raja then shares his current work which inspires Simon. He immediately funds Raja and makes few men work for him in his small lab set up in Rajas street. Raja and his daughters start working happily. Months after, Raja discovers drugs in his lab, by seeing a rat dead on the floor (Ayan movie ref). He investigates the lab workers, only to find, they have been secretly using the stoichiometric methods to multiply cocaine. Unbeknownst to Raja, they misused his lab, but Raja on reporting this to Simon finds, Simon has ordered his men to work on this. Feeling betrayed, Raja tries to expose Simon, and Simon ends up killing Raja. Raja sends of Preethi and his daughter with the evidences away. Dayal and Simon's other hench men chase them.

Fast forward Preethi ends up meeting Kaaleesan, now with his family, settled in Goa. Kaleesan protects them, and the fights end up getting his wife killed and himself and his son heavily injured. Preethi takes Kaaleesan's son away with her sister, on a train to Madurai, where she meets with Deva. Unbeknownst to her, Deva recognises his daughter Preethi and reminds his past. And protects her and everyone in his mansion. He gets to know the dirty works of Simon, and tries to face him and convince him. 

He travels to vizag, and meets his long lost friend. Simon sees Deva and hugs him. He says, Raja killed his only son, and says about his vow to kill Raja's daughters. Deva confronts Simon and reveals that they are in his protection and Preethi is his daughter. This infuriates Simon and he hits Deva, and a fight breaks out. Simon and his henchmen best Deva to death and, Simon stabs Deva and promises to end his and Raja's bloodline, before throwing him away in the sea. 

Simon gets ready to fly to Madurai, only to be intervened by interpol. He diverts his ship towards indonesia and he is delayed by 72 hours.

< I can't think beyond this, so in the final act we see Kaaleesan fighting Simon's men, as Simon searching Preethi and the two others with a sledgehammer, and as a cliche, Deva appears, and a fight between Deva and Simon happens, where they fight to death, and Deva kills his friend, now turned monster, to death with the sledgehammer. After that, he sits down, (foreshadowed in first scene) and Kaaleesan, Preethi and others goes around him, and Deva dies at the hands of Preethi >

Kalee and Preethi vows to expose the syndicate, and destroy it, only to be intervened by a guy with a butcher knife (Rolex)

Would make a decent 90 minutes

 runtime movie I hope!
